Hemp is taking the world by storm…with a dizzying variety of products and claims. What’s true? What’s hype? This presentation will provide history and sound scientific data to describe the therapeutic qualities of Cannabis components, including Full Spectrum Hemp, Flower sourced extracts, CBD, THC and more, as well as identifying CB 1 and CB 2 receptor sites and both endogenous and exogenous endocannabinoids. We will include a discussion of the latest FDA regulatory environment, and how to negotiate the wide variety of options, such as where the plant is grown, carrier oils, and dosage suggestions.
All registrants will receive the course recording and handouts, with access to materials for one year.
